Here you are treated fairly, you are paid fairly and you have a glimpse of the value you deliver to the world through the customers using the software we create, maintain and support. It is a good place to work where you can see real value in your work.

Cons

Some would say here you won't be working with "the coolest" technology, but I would say you will be working for big customers with real problems, with the technology that fits the real business.
