- this company runs in German nepotism by its dear leader hasso. If you are okay with executives running business units that they are completely unfit for, you belong here. It’s the lowest paying company in the Bay Area - but the work is painfully easy that you can coast to retirement here. My total compensation is double what it was at SAP after leaving,

Good benefits but slow pace and no innovation

Pros

Benefits are very competitive. Work-life balance is also very good and one is allowed to have flex hours and work from home. Ability to learn initially if on a good team with motivated people

Cons

Unfortunately badly managed, no clear vision and strategy. Always playing catchup with competitors and this is not a winning strategy. Pay isn't competitive.
