SAP in general: Lot of individual freedom, nice colleges, coffee corner culture, learning is emphasize, interesting topics, lots of open source, ... The office in Karlsruhe is centrally located, most of our colleagues live nearby.

Cons

Actually, I don' t feel cons in my daily work. If you don't like to work in an international, multi-cultural team, then SAP is most likely not the best choice for you. Otherwise it is.
