Pros

Work life balance is maintained. You get time to build you product. Company is stable and release cycles has good time gap. Which help to understand the requirement and then develop the product. Everything is transparent. Managers are supportive. Team mates are slao very supportive

Cons

Salary is not as per industry standard. No stocks given at time of joining.
