Very good environment Very strong development process maturity The employee matters Very good benefits (life-balance) Very good events SAP that you can join People are happy SAP really wants to grow up, and take you with them. The SAP Labs structure is amazing. The best company to work that has an amazing culture and values. SAP has a very strong and motivational "all-hands meetings".

Cons

SAP is still growing in this cloud technologies, so diversity here is delicate to discuss. Deployment strategy is totally a mess, but clever if you see from how mature it is, based on how the version matrix is almost infinite.
