Working at SAP is a great chance to learn and grow. It is a stable job and there is room to build a career here. Management is encouraging.

Cons

You won't often be surprised or swept off your feet by something cool. I often felt the key to growth in SAP is by networking and knowing people rather than technical accomplishments which are forgotten like yesterday's news.
