SAP is the best place to start your career. Lot of opportunities to learn. You can prove yourself and climb the corporate ladder. Good salary and benefits. Fun to work there, Lot of young colleagues.

Cons

In many cases, the management doesn't care what you do and how you add value to the product, only how you can sell yourself. Without networking skills you cannot jump to the next level.

Still have some good colleagues left..have been working here for 2 years but slowly seeing technically strong people hired earlier leaving. Hiring standards have gone down drastically. Good products and great customers. But miss the company i joined.

Cons

Poor facility, security double up as facility and try to police, no transport for employees, no democracy and always double standards Favoritism prevails and succeeds. Regionalism is at its peak. Not recommended.
