Pros

Good Work/Life Balance and very nice people. The Compensation & Benefits are quite good and there is a very good team work. A good place to work in order to gain experience in software development.

Cons

There are not much Career Opportunities and sometimes there is a feeling that too many projects are closed. Moving between projects every few years.
