Good attitude towards employees. Very supportive of work-life balance, and a very fair vacation day distribution. Very good culture, everyone is very friendly.

Can be a bit boring.

Cons

If you're NOT a GERMAN, SAP is not the place to work. Oftentimes, foreigners have faced hostilities from all around and although there's a lot of sermonizing in what amounts to SAP being an equal opportunity employer, it's all hogwash. If you don't speak German, don't bother looking at the company.
