1.Great work life balance , probably the best and i don't think so you get the same in other companies. 2.Free food (plenty of food options) 3.Cab Services 4.Medical Insurance to the employees and parents 5.Great Office campus with all the amenities 6.flexible office timings 7. So Much exposure and plenty of fun (various hackathons , ideathons , cultural and technical events , goodies etc..)

Cons

A slightly lower pay scale compared to other product based companies Apart from this nothing else and SAP is the great place to work
