Pros

Interesting work topics and challenges. Colleagues are qualified and experienced in their roles. Strong desire to do the right thing for customers, the environment, with good cross team cooperation. Benefits and pay are good. Yearly bonuses have been paid out with consistent regularity

Cons

Opportunities for growth are limited especially in offices outside corporate or national headquarters. Frequent travel restrictions don't permit travel to work with remote groups within your direct job influence.
