- work/life balance - competitive salaries - smart management - lots of perk: lunch card, huge gym, fun days, etc - very friendly atmosphere among development teams

Cons

- not using the cut edge technologies (understandable for any company the size of SAP) - not so much career options to switch the role internally. Switching roles or internal positions is not easy.
