Pros

Open minded and brilliant colleagues and managers, great technology stack to chose from, fantastic company culture, lots of perks, flexible working hours, amazing work-life balance.

Cons

HR. You would expect that in a giant and successful software company, the techies are the ones driving it. But in this case that assumption is wrong. I'm amazed that HR kicks in and goes over managers' heads in many cases.
