1. Good learning with ample scope given for learning and innovation. 2. Perks and pretty decent compensation. ( free lunch dinner and snacks, free shuttle facility ) 3. Brand name - SAP. 4. Work-Life balance with work from home option and lots of benefits for Women employees. 5. Relaxed working condition with very minimal pressure and politics involved. 6. You can get trained on anything everything inside SAP, the best thing is it happens in an informal way most of the time through pier to pier discussions. 7. No undue restrictions or pressure in taking leaves

Cons

1. You get too comfortable with the company it is a bit tough to quit SAP and fit into another corporate with some rigid rules. 2. Minimal onsite experience if you are in SAP Labs and a bit hectic travel schedule if you are in SAP GDC.

Work life balance [depends on your immediate superior] Employee centeric senior management

Cons

Many managers in mid level are total waste. In a true sense they will not be suitable for even reception job in SAP. It is totally "Tamasha Company" now: they do everything just for Diversity Awards. No proper talent management. No proper channel to grow.
