Work Culture is very encouraging and one apt for a Software Engineer. The facilities and friendly management is a pleasure to work with. The technologies and the learning opportunities are very good.

Cons

The board and Higher Management needs to beeffective in determining future markets and opportunities. Off late the approach is more towards buying companies for their technology and customers rather than giving encouragement to build on in-house existing projects which is a little demoralizing for the employees
