Awesome people and community. Great benefits friendly working environment working with a diverse range of technologies and always there's someone who wants to help you no matter what.

Cons

Big company with buroceacy. The company is quite big and you have to be careful how you talk to some of the people in management but not all.

We appreciate your feedback. The pros reiterate why SAP is a stellar company to work for and the cons help us improve.Bureaucracy is like the ice that glazes over a frigid ocean. One small crack can provide enough headway for a ship to pass. When you sit still, you risk getting stuck. But if you gradually break up the ice as you go, you can keep moving forward. Rather than surrender to bureaucracy, at SAP we encourage our employees to take it upon themselves to help break it if they encounter too much of it!
