It is a SAP company so there are many benefits to employees. Office building, Free Food, Gym, Shuttle Service.

Cons

They use outdated technology and have lot of bugs which is frustrating for customers. The company is trying to adopt new technologies but they are too slow. If you are an aspiring engineer, this place might not be for you because career growth and development for engineers is not a priority. The rewards and growth promises are reserved for everyone except engineers so many talented engineers leave the company. This makes the product quality poor and below standards.
