Great company to work. Treats it's employees as good as possible. They have a great work environment.

Cons

It's salaries are not very competitive. Also, from the technical perspective, it is not very useful to get too deep on it's platform, since only them use it.

Cons

Very hard to progress in your career if you stay in the same team for a long time. Doesn't have the best salaries in the market.
