The job can be fun and many trainings are provided. The company has a good welfare package and good facilities. Good place to start you career.

Cons

Sometimes work can get boring. Open-source culture is still quire weak. There is a constant drive for centralising things which can suppress inter-company competition.

Good facilities , flexible timings , employee friendly policies , good food , lots of fun activities and outings planned multiple times an year

Cons

Developers only made to work hard , rest everybody has a relaxed job role , too much process kills ideas some times .
