- nice people to work with - good atmosphere - free lunches (Lunch On Us card, you get $500/quarter and can buy lunch at participating restaurants around downtown) - good work/life balance

Cons

- small cog in huge machine - sometimes you work with really old, uninteresting legacy software - range of software you must learn and fix is very large - they want you to be able to do everything from manual testing to debugging of highly complex code

First class infrascructure and staff. It was a very stimulating work environment. The ability to work on long term innovating projetcs was nice.

Cons

The staff it too old and not dynamic enough. I felt overwhelmed by their lack of will to move forward quickly. In a team of turtles no one wants a hare to enter, because they would sufer from the comparison
