      * Work-life balance is really good here * SAP cares about its people * Lots of benefits * Hybrid work model * You will find most of the time really good managers here

      Cons

      * Compensation. But SAP offers lots of other kind of benifits that make up for slightly lower compensation compared to other companies in Germany.
