I have seen lots of companies during my career - as employee and external. None of them was like SAP is. There are absolutely awesome and friendly colleagues, an open culture focused on the individual needs and people development, great benefits - and of course: great products you can definitely be proud of.

Cons

In 20 words: I have seen no contras so far, everything is way above standards. Glad to be here and part of this company.

some manager is noly can brag, can not do any project stuff, his job is only to transfer what the under people have done to his higher manager.
