Good place to work but much employee turnover. Exciting work but long hours.

Pros

Great chance to learn lots of new technology. Most of the people are great.

Cons

Too many reorgs. I saw lots of friends get laid off and it finally happened to me based on the latest simplification strategy. I worked for SAP 15 years in 2 different jobs and had at least 12 different managers.

Pros

Great employee benefits, lots of activities around the year, good speakers invited from industry for different events, lots of employee focused events, good campus (Bangalore), decent salaries (can always be better), good work life balance.

Cons

At times can be bureaucratic to get things moving/done, international relocation is very very difficult unless you know some influential people, too many reorganisations happening - non consistent org structure.

Best Organization processes wise. Lots of opportunities and you are in charge of your own career.

Cons

It is a huge organization so sometimes you feel a little lost and given that you want to move into different functions or roles within the Organization, sometimes that is tough because of its vastness
