Pros

Great company overall, decent package, good respect of work-life balance (depending on the job), good learning place.

Cons

Too many layers of management (too many people trying to justify their work), too many silos, too big to be agile and therefore slow to evolve and it feels almost impossible to make a difference.

Pros

Work from home (even pre covid), flexibility. Good pay and great pension.

Cons

Strategically speaking SAP is a bit lost. It has accumulated this massive techinical debt over the years and now needs to be agile enough to compete. It will take time (if ever) but should be a long run.
