Learning opportunities. Salary is Ok.

Cons

Work-life balance is not good. Although not official, there is a "leadership committee" within product support where they decide people's life and if they don't like you, there is no promotion. Hard work won't get you a promotion being a sycophant with the leadership group will. Lack of transparency.
