Corporate culture, people focus, multi-cultural environment. Exciting new technologies, fresh innovation focus, younger and more dynamic image in recent years. Long-term strategy that makes sense. Vision that you can identify with on a personal level.

Cons

Perhaps not so easy to move around the different areas of the business or internationally. Some internal processes could be less complex.

1. it is international enough to offer many opportunities of global travel or transfer 2. it gives much free space to the employees 3. it is where the SAP products come from and where the people are who know SAP the best
