I've heard that it doesn't pay very highly, still my salary is above market-average!

Pros

-You learn a lot, they make you do the work of full-time employees so you know how it works in real-life. You get trained. -Colleagues are friendly and supporting. -Working students have the opportunity to jump from one department to another department easily compared with full time employees needing to sign up for a fellowship.

Cons

-Very very low salary despite doing a developer related job.. -Got an SAP appreciate award, the award giver wants to give me a monetary token, manager said it is not possible because the award might be taken advantage of (but SAP website clearly says I can receive it). Like a poorly paid working student will take advantage of the award? That few euros would lessen and help the impact of inflation especially you pay super low, you know?
