Pros

SAP has a very good company culture, there is no “competition“ spirit between coworkers. Students are taken seriously and their opinions and ideas are valued equally to those of fulltime employees.

Cons

Internal HR processes take very long since the company is so huge.

Pros

SAP has a very relaxed and hard-working atmosphere. There are a lot of benefits of working here. Public transport is efficient, free lunch, coffee and many sport facilities. Office equipment (SAP Ariba) is also free for employees and office use.
