Upper management are an absolute waste of space, they have no idea what is going on in their stores. Nepotism very clear as upper managers friends and family promoted into positions of power with no experience, HR completely useless, made several complaints about workplace bullying and absolutely nothing was done about it, never even bothered to contact me again after putting the complaints through, I was on a 20 hour contract and in the 3 years that I worked there, I never once did 20 hours, I always at least did between 30-40 hours a week but they refused to amend my contracted hours, so if I was ill or on holiday I would only get paid my contracted 20 hours.
