Pros

If you're a fast worker... you are quickly brought into the tight knit family-like work force. If you happen to have any problems, see the management and it will be swiftly seen to that it is resolved, even if the problem seems minuscule ... make yourself heard!

Cons

Not really a con but, hard work is key to and easy life in this workplace. Dependant on your contract and flexibility the balance between work and social life "can" be difficult

staff are very friendly, employers are understanding for when you are sick of need to change your shift, everyone is very professional and does things according to policy and regulations.

Cons

there are no cons for me at the minute.

Pros

Flexible shifts are the only real advantage of working in this terrible company.

Cons

The entire company is disorganised. I was absolutely shocked at how unprofessional they are. Can't keep control of their stock, wastage, they can't even seem to pay anyone correctly. There are at least 5 people from our 20 man work force that are currently owed money (underpaid wages). Manager is always too busy to bother doing it, neither does the area or regional manager seem too concerned either. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Stay away! Go get a job at Sainsburys, or Aldi.
