Pros

Friendly staff, I've only been in a 5 or 6 of days so far and although I'm a fairly awkward and anxious person I don't feel too bad asking the same questions to co workers over and over. Been asked twice so far to cover someone who's sick last minute and manager was fine with me saying no.

Cons

A lot more hours than I initially was told so far but maybe that's just for training

Pros

They're relatively flexible and a nice place to work, given a lot of freedom compared to other stores, which can be great and empowering.

Cons

The pay and contracts are the main downfall, the minimum wage for team members and 50p more for supervisors. While I'm only contracted 16 hours, despite needing and always working full time, which creates an uncomfortable situation of always being afraid of losing hours.
