Pros

Friendly team (minus one boss), easy to swap shifts with other employees, pay was decent for the role.

Cons

One boss was incredibly erratic regarding his expectations and timeframes. He also had extreme mood swings. One hour he would really polite and welcoming, the next he would criticise your every action before storming off.

Great franchise to work for

Pros

I worked for a franchised store where the owners were heavily invested in the business. Friendly staff & customers Training provided Patient, approachable managers Decent contracts offered

Cons

Constant working of weekend shifts - no fair distribution of weekend days off - this is a problem with retail/hospitality in general. Best to be upfront about not able to work weekends or you have something you need to do on certain days.

Pretty Poor For A Huge Employer

Pros

Friendly staff that are easy to get on with and can be easy work if shop is quiet or it is late

Cons

Not a generous benefits package and pay rate is pretty poor for job expected of you and management is usually poor
