so far since we recently changed to spar 6 months or more ago its been just okay, things seem to be improving now though

Pros

we get most of the stock we ordered, market stall till system works well if no updates are done and finally spar are beginning to become a better company in terms of customer service.

Cons

Market stall Honeywell handheld isn't very user friendly due to old fashioned resistive touch screen rather than a capacitive one. not getting what was ordered i.e. full boxes of products missing from orders even though we were still charged for them.

The company is very professional, salary is bit higher that national minimum wage - 6.51 as far as I remember, good work environment, some bonuses and social days out

Cons

As it comes to my position as a Food-to-Go assistant I had to be early at work, at 7:00 which collided with my full time education which is pity as I wanted to stay at the company, also some jobs had been lost due to Tesco opening just round the corner.
