Pros
Exciting Field of working, lots of business trips, various businesses and customers needs and mentality, excellent helpful coworkers.
Cons
Management position often based on the network rather than the skills. You have to be Austrian if you want to pretend for a management position. Learning by doing is pushed to the extreme. There are too often lack of pro activity, it is frustrating to see how the management is passive to improve the working processes and to prevent to repeat the same mistake all over again.
