Training for specific role not very well done. Thrown into projects learn by doing which can be good but is a little overwhelming.

Autonomy, very challenging. From very big to medium size projects. Good support of the team if HQ is interested in your project. Many valuable and educated persons at lower management level.

Cons

Project must be sold internally and it consumes 30% of your time. Serious problem in top management regarding knowledge in intra-logistics. Almost no senior project manager for realization. Huge turnover of employee
