'protect yourself by blaming others' type of a company

Pros

Good opportunities to learn, you are allowed to work independently, decent salary, interesting projects, truly international environment

Cons

Toxic atmosphere. Constant stress. Disrespect. No regard to employees life whatsoever. The project managers are openly called 'waiters'. Behind the back they are called 'monkeys'. 10/10 is the level of arrogance of an avarage worker (including yours truly, obviously). If you are not completely awful in what you are doing you are naturally forced to work extra and to forget about your life outside the company.

you can improve your coding skills and see how the professionals develop software. It's a good place to start you career, also there are travel possibilities

Cons

The salary isn't that big, you have to stay at least 8h 30 min as a full-time employee; the balance work-life not really well managed
