Used to be a decent place to work. Has gone downhill the past few years. The medical benefits have gone up and are getting worse, too. No pros

Cons

Pay is terrible unless you are part of the butt kissers. The bonuses go to them, too. Raises are a joke. Toxic place to work

Every division works as a standalone company, there is very limited information sharpening between departments, which causes slowness in all respects. The pay is not at the level to attract experienced and talented engineers. All departments are understaffed.
