I head really nice colleagues and we always had the needed modern equipment which our work required

Cons

The management didn't always knew what we are actually doing and this is really bad. They didn't know how much time to assign for a certain task. There was a change in management short after I've changed job so this may not be true today.

Work hard but bosses will never realize it until you decide to leave. Any given feedback was not heard and unfair treatment. Working withmicrooo manager director and a wanna-be supervisor is too much!
