Pros

They take care about employees. Excellant work conditions and possibility of additional education. Giving good salary and good package ( accommodation, car, travel tickets, insurance....)

Cons

It's organized system, so once when you start to work you got your part of work and can't see full picture of Project. Those don't give opportunity in variety of expending knowledge.

The work environment was good and interesting The compensation was good, as wel as benefits Juniors were able to contribute a lot to greater success of project

Cons

Since it is a predominantly European company, there were not many projects in Canada. Employment was project based for local hires. If you had German or other language capabilities you may be recruited for European Projects.
