Good people, lots of micromanaging

People are friendly Work is easy, takes a few months to learn everything well

Cons

Upper management (CEO, etc) micromanage the lab in Navasota. Employees did not feel appreciated or treated fairly between shifts. Actual lab manager was great, but due to being micromanaged it made his job harder

Pros

3/4 Days off a week makes it easy to plan things. Bonus is a plus, makes it hard to leave. Once the job is learned there are not many surprises.

Cons

Poor management, no HR, rigorous mutinous work, no scheduled breaks, cannot do anything after 12 hour shift.
