Pros

1) Culture emphasises helping each other and that goes for subordinates and bosses as well. If you work here, expect to be treated well and have a great work/life balance. 2) It is a large and successful company, therefore there are many interesting projects and problems to solve. 3) There is an unbelievable amount of learning resources for anything tech, even if it has nothing to do with your area. 4) People are friendly and interactions are rather fun.

Cons

- I wish they had a second headquarter in London. That is a very personal nitpick

Pros

You can work on whatever you want - there is very less work

Cons

1. They force you to learn sales and I had faced prejudice from my manager. 2. Do not care about making intelligent software 3. Lie to their own employees - I was told my role involved doing active work in ds but later the role was changed to more of a software dev - who never got close to production because the products were made without involving anyone from our team. I really would have given a negative in compensation and benefits.

As a former colleague, I am sorry to hear of your experiences while you were here, and I can understand how that was frustrating for you. I hope that you shared your feedback through our internal channels, because although we encourage experimenting and trying new things, we also encourage feedback on how it is working and where we can remain agile to quickly pivot and change.
