      Pros

      Great environment that allows employees have their say and boost their creativity by enabling them to do what they think will boost the company on fridays. Brightpearl also hosts many events at their offices where healthy talks about practises in the software industries are carried and where new technologies are discussed. Brightpearl also allows employees to diverge in to multiple technologies.

      Cons

      Still a bit small company therefore sometimes some activities have to be limited due to constraints in time and resources.
