Pros

It is a Product( Accounting Platform ) as well as a Public Company, so there is no question on Job security. Company follows the Norms as per Public Standard Great support from the Management Work Life balance is always at high priority Can enjoy various benefits provided by the company (includes Health Insurance, Lunch, Gym, etc.,) Highly experienced and skilled mangers leading the team Flexible working hours and following planned work activities Apart from work there are other volunteer activities where we can get involved and the management encouraging as to participate.

Cons

There is no Cons as such, has concern on the work location and that too is considered by the management and we are moving new office premise and it is in progress

Pros

This company values its employees. They are doing a good job making you feel happy. (open PTO, flexible WFH and work hours, health insurance). Co-workers are great, some of them also became close friends.

Cons

Not having contact with new technology and modern concepts. Even tho it's cozy it's not the most ideal place to grow professionally.

Bad experience

Pros

Working on cutting-edge techs Nice location (Glories)

Cons

No realistic plans (management has no idea of what's next) HR asks to put good reviews on Glassdoor while you're quite new to the company (so they balance the real bad reviews) No real benefits in your salary package compared to HQ in UK (no free coffee/snacks, no Health Insurance/Pension Plan and many others)
