Not Flexible. Waste of time. Salary not currently paid. Totally worthless.

- No culture - No future - No direction or growth - Even less chance to convey ideas if you are not part of the insider group - Between the outdated policies and crippling restrictions, the employee turnover is horrific - They will tell you that they follow agile but they are no where close to following Agile - Don't believe in TDD - Very little room for growth both as a career and investment - Retention is minimal, a few old school people who knows the system and don't really want to share their domain knowledge - Old way of thinking. Talking bad about others during lunches (insiders only) and in the evening - Some completely unprofessional persons very passive aggressive behaviors - Ranting about other/past developers and personal attacks - Too much favoritism for insiders club - Political environment. - Useless work is given to you if are not part
