Pros
-Great people around you -WFH is better suited for this role -Great for geting consulting experience, 1:1 conversations with many customers -Improve your (virtual) presenation and speaking skills -Salesforce looks great on your CV, meaning you can apply to other big tech companies.
Cons
-Low paid for the work you're doing -Demanding job, very stressful at times preparing presentations and demos on a very broad range of subjects that you cannot know everything about. -This job is ultimate imposter syndrome, where in the early days, sometimes the customer you speak to knows more than you. -Very little opportunity to grow a long career here. If you stay too long, you will get left behind. Myself and vast majority of my colleagues at my level left this job in order to grow our careers.
