4yHi there. Thanks for your review. We just want to clarify some information in your Cons section. Hourly employees in Indiana are eligible for overtime upon completing 40+ hours of work. You’re also eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) in the U.S. if you are a full/part-time employee working at least 20 hours each week. Your PTO includes vacation time and one-off sick days. You begin accruing PTO on your hire date. As you remain with the company the accrual rate increases based on your length of service, this will increase the longer you work for the company.
