Pros

Best work environment Great managers who understand both personal and professional life is equally important. Awesome pay 😉 Friendly colleagues. All time food 😋 Amazing health care. Company cares about employees.

Cons

Only disadvantage till now is we cannot choose our working shift, we should be comfortable doing any shift depending on the business requirement. It is also difficult to request a shift change.
