      - You will stay for 2-3 years while there will be 2 promotions per year in the team since there are very "less" openings - You will have to take the cases of the topics you are just basically trained on and will be pushed with high severity cases as there is no engineer bandwidth available for that topic. So imagine going on a call with the customer who is highly frustrated or tensed not knowing abcd's of what their issue is. - You will ask for career growth and promotions (because your metric is in place) and get a response saying everyone's metric is in place, everyone is outstanding but there are less openings again. - If you join as a fresher, there is no individual job progress for you which means you cannot even get promoted internally by giving interviews or showcasing your skills. - If you are a student who is good at development skills throughout your college or previous job, you will feel like garbage to work as a tech support here. - And yeah, you can not change the shift AT ALL!! as you will sign up for that in your booklet size offer letter
