On-Boarding process is not what they believe it is, responsible to do your job but no authority to get it done. If you have a good job keep it. I left a very good job to work at Salesforce (Demandware) and it was a mistake. Stayed 2 months.

Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback. The behaviors you've described are inconsistent with our commitment to setting our new hires up for success. I'd appreciate it if you would provide us more details on your experience anonymously by contacting our third party provider Ethicspoint at http://www.salesforce.ethicspoint.com/. Doing so will help us accurately address your specific concerns and make the onboarding process better for everyone.
One of the few companies where the upper management really shows that they are thinking about and want to see their employees succeed. One of the very best companies I have ever worked for.
Cons
IT development can be dis-organized at times. Focusing at times was very difficult. No clear direction provided by IT management.
***Really difficult*** to move from "IT" to "R&D". R&D in general has a very arrogant/Superiority complex. It feels like most in R&D tell themselves that "no one can do what they are doing." That is not always the case!
