      Pros

      Company culture is truly amazing, everyone is genuinely kind, and mostly everyone will respond to your Slack.

      Cons

      Lots of shifts and change which bring up a lot of other feelings, this is also part and parcel of working for an enterprise company.

      I think it is still a good place to work - and there are still good people here

      Cons

      Layoffs when in profit don't sit right with me. Also other actions detrimental to the culture - it feels like only employees are holding the culture together not the business
